1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlumbPro Dispatch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PlumbPro Dispatch is a cloud-based job scheduling, dispatch, and invoicing platform designed for plumbing businesses. The Service includes job management, technician dispatch, customer management, invoicing, and payment processing features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers a free trial period followed by a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including customer information, job records, invoices, and business data. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the Service. You may export your data at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Payment Processing

Payment processing is provided through third-party services (Stripe). Your use of payment features is subject to the terms of those services. We are not responsible for payment processing errors by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
