How to export from your current system
Field Service Software
Go to Customers in the left nav
Click Export (top right)
Choose Export All Customers
Upload the file here — CSV or .xlsx both work
Google Contacts
Go to contacts.google.com
Click Export in the left sidebar
Select Google CSV format and upload here
Excel / Google Sheets
Make sure row 1 has column headers
Upload the .xlsx file directly — no need to export as CSV
Column headers are matched automatically — not case-sensitive.
